Terms and Conditions
Subject to these Terms and Conditions Secure Parking NZ Ltd T/A Skyway Airport Parking (“Secure”), its’ agents, staff, representatives, subcontractors and or any person appointed by Secure will take due care in providing parking or cleaning services and or any other services requested from time to time by the customer (“the services”) in accordance with proper standards of workmanship.
“Vehicles stored and driven at owners risk.”
Timing of Services
Secure undertakes to carry out and complete the services at the nearest possible time requested by the customer, however, no responsibility will be taken for the vehicles state of cleanliness (excepting where workmanship is the fault) if flights are delayed, incorrect arrival times are given, incorrect instructions are given or for any other reason outside of Secure’s control.
Premises
Secure’s premises means and includes all or any land and/or buildings which are owned or leased by Secure or of which Secure has a right of use or occupancy. The premises used for storage of the customer’s vehicle and the movement of the vehicle between premises shall be at the discretion of Secure.
Damage or Loss
The vehicle and all its contents remain at all times at the customer’s risk in respect of loss or damage however caused, except to the extent of a claim for loss or damage accepted and paid by Secure’s Public Liability insurers (if any). Secure shall be under no liability to the customer or anyone else for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential loss or expense (including loss of profit) suffered by the customer and arising out of a breach by Secure or loss or damage to the vehicle or it’s contents. Secure will not be responsible for removal of any vehicle or infringement notice costs for any vehicle left unattended or unreceipted by Secure whether inside or outside of Secure designated parking areas and whether the vehicle is booked or otherwise.
Hours of Operation
Secure’s normal hours of operation are 24 hours 7 days however the Valet Parking service is limited to the hours of aircraft operations.
Payment
In every case payment shall be due at the time of the provision of the services and prior to the return of the customer’s vehicle.
Consumer Guarantees Act.
Nothing in these terms and conditions shall override the provisions of the Consumer guarantees Act (“the act”) in respect to any contract to which the Act shall apply. PROVIDED HOWEVER, that in every case where goods and/or services are provided by Secure for the purposes of a business then the provisions of the Act and all other terms, warranties, conditions implied by statute or under any other rule of law whether in tort or in contract are expressly excluded.
PRIVACY POLICY
Protecting your privacy is important to us! Skyway will never give, lease, sell or otherwise disclose your personal information. Any information you provide to us will be held in the strictest of confidence. We will collect and use information through our website only in the ways disclosed in this statement. This statement applies solely to information collected at The Web Company’s website.
Resale or Disclosure of Information to Third Parties
Skyway does not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease any personal information collected by our website, including contact forms, download requests, or e-mail lists.
Information Collection and Usage Via Our Website
Skyway does NOT collect information about how people are using our website in order to improve the value of our website.
Privacy of Our E-mail Lists
Individuals who join our mailing lists are added to our e-mail database using the forms provided on this website. We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease the e-mail addresses on our lists to anyone.
